David Attenborough Biography

David Frederick Attenborough , British journalist was born in Isleworth, London on May 8, 1926. He grew up in the College House on the campus of Leister University. His father was the principal of the university. David had two brothers: Richard and John. Richard became an actor and John became a car manufacturer.

David gradated Wyggeston Grammar School for Boys, the college of Cambridge University-  the Clare College. He graduated the Clare College in 1945 and he got a degree in natural sciences. There he studied zoology.

In 1950 Attenborough married to Jane Elizabeth Ebsworth Oriel. Their marriage was ended in 1997 because of the death of Jane Oriel.  The couple had two children, Robert and Susan Attenborough.Robert is working as a senior lecturer in bioanthropology at the School of  Archaelogy and as an anthropologist at the Australian National University, that is based in Canberra.
