John Starks Biography

John Starks, American basketball player was born in Starks was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on  August 10, 1965. He started studying at the  Tulsa Central High School. He played on the basketball team at Tulsa Central during one year. After graduating the school, he continued studying at  Rogers State College in 1984. In 1985 John Starks moved to Northern Oklahoma College, where he  made the basketball team . During his spring break he served the sentence.  In 1985, Starks reached eleven points per game with Northern Oklahoma.  He did not graduate Rogers State College. For some time John Starks worked at a supermarket. He wanted to get a business degree, so  in 1986, Starks entered into  the Tulsa Junior College.  In 1988 he graduated Oklahoma State University.  

In 1986, John Starks married to Jackie, with whom he has two daughters Chelsea and Tiara Starks.

My favorite Knicks moment was when we beat Indiana in Game 7 to reach the NBA Finals. We worked so hard as a team to reach that moment that it was very satisfying to beat Indiana and reach the Finals.
