Ian K. Smith, American author was born in Danbury, Connecticut on July 15, 1969. He started studying at the Immaculate High School in Danbury. After graduating the school he continued studying at Harvard College and at Columbia University. Ian Smith graduated Harvard College and got a bachelor’s degree of arts in 1992 and in 1993 he graduated Columbia University, where he got a master’s degree in science. He also got medical education. He studied medicine at Pritzker School of Medicine, University of Chicago.

Ian Smith has written eight books including The Fat Smash Diet, Happy (released in 2010), The Truth About Men (2012), Shred: The Revolutionary Diet (2012), Super Shred: The Big Results Diet, that will be published by the end of 2013.
