Richard M. Nixon Biography

Richard Nixon was born in Yoba Linda, California, on the 9th January in 1913. His parents were Francis and Hannah Nixons.

He was studying in the East Whittier Elementary School. When he was in the 8th grade he was chosen to be the president of his class. In his early years Richard had been diagnosed with tuberculosis and he was set off by his mother to Arizona, to improve his health. Richard finished Whittier High School and Harvard University.

In January 1938, Richard Nixon married to Thelma "Pat" Ryan, whom he had two daughters with: Tricia and Julie Nixons.

 Richard Nixon joined the Republican party. In 1952 he was chosen to be the Vise President. Nixon was elected as  president on the 20th of January, 1969. He became the 37th president of the United States of America.

Richard Nixon died because of the brain damage in the age of 81, on the 22th April in 1994. Richard Nixon is buried beside Pat Nixon, his wife on the grounds of the Nixon Library.
